Return & Refund Policy

At Bee5 Trading LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

To request a return or refund, customers must contact us at bee5trading08@gmail.com with their order number and supporting photos.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Bee5 Trading LLC reserves the right to review each refund request individually.
